SOUTHWEST DISTRICT CONVENTION AWARDS
ALL ITEMS MUST BE MAILED TO ROSE ANN BY JULY 3rd.

Awards will be made in the following categories at the Southwest District Convention.

Club Bulletin | Brochure | Scrapbook

Interclub and Five Star Awards are based upon the administrative year. For Governor Tony Gutowski's year 2020-2021 will be announced at DCON. 

BULLETIN:
Club bulletins from October 1 to May 31 will be judged based on content (Kiwanis interest, information, etc.), appearance, regularity of publication and method of delivery. Submit two (2) copies of the three best issues. One copy will be used for the judging and the second will be displayed at the convention.
Bulletin awards are based on the size of the clubs.

White Division with 30 or less members;
Blue Division with 31--45 members;
Orange Division with 46--70 members;
Gold Division with 71 or more members.

BROCHURE:
If your club publishes a brochure which is used for recruiting new members you are encouraged to enter it in the Brochure Competition. Submit two (2) copies. One copy will be used for the judging and the second will be displayed at convention.

If your club maintains a scrapbook contact Rose Ann Haw to make arrangements for it to be displayed at DCON.

A Best of Show from a committee appointed by the Awards Chair will be awarded.

The 'People's Choice' will be awarded based on votes by DCON attendees.

Mail two (2) copies each of the three (3) best issues.
One copy will be used for the judging and the second will be displayed at the convention.
Include a printed copy of the verification email you will receive upon submission of this form as your official entry form.
