2023 Southwest District of Kiwanis
Convention Registration Form

Registration for the 2023 Southwest District Convention will be $65.00 plus meals.

$65.00 is a cost of education and may be paid from a service account.

The fee for meals cannot be paid from a service account. Meals may be paid from an admin account or paid for personally.

Individually meal prices are:
$61.00 Friday Diner;
$34.00 Saturday K Family Lunch;
$77.00 Saturday Governor's Banquet.

As a package deal Friday Dinner, Saturday Lunch and Saturday Dinner is offered for $135.00.

Early Registration ends July 9, 2023, at midnight local time.

Registration between July 10, 2023 to July 21, 2023 will be at an increased fee. ($71.50) (meal fees will incur a 10% surcharge)

Any registration on or after July 22, 2023 is a Late Registration and will incur additional fees. Meal service for late registrations are not guaranteed. ($78) (meal fees will incur an additional 10% surcharge)

The early registration fee of $65.00 is the cost (overhead) to produce DCON. In past years this fee was charged as a single fee which included meals.

To be transparent, and to allow the registration fee to be paid from a service account, it is shown and charged as a separate fee.

A request for a refund must be a written request, (an email to swd@swdkiwanis.org is preferred).

Request for a refund made up to 21 days to the first day of DCON, July 6, 2023, will be refunded at 80%.

Request for a refund made on or after July 7, 2023 and July 27, 2023 will be refunded at 50%.

Request for a refund made on or after July 28, 2023 will be denied.

PayPal, or other credit card processing fees, are non-refundable.
