VICE GOVERNOR
ARTICLE VII. NOMINATION AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Section 2. Paragraph c.
c. Qualified candidates for Governor, Governor-elect, and Vice-Governor shall:
• Submit a signed agreement to Kiwanis International to fulfill the duties of office.
• Have a clear criminal history background check conducted and verified by Kiwanis International.
Agreements are typically published by Kiwanis International in February and delivered to the Executive Director by KI for distribution.
The cost of the background check is the responsibility of the candidate.
Kiwanis International only accepts a background check conducted by the approved supplier.
I agree to abide by all Bylaws, Policies & Procedures as set forth by Kiwanis International and the Southwest District of Kiwanis, and any state or local laws as they may apply.

Upon submission of this form it will automatically be emailed to the Executive Director as required by the bylaws. Additionally it will automatically be sent to the Governor, Immediate Past Governor and Governor Elect.
